Instant Messaging at work – not impossible!

Have you installed an instant messaging (IM) client at work? Come on, be honest. See… I knew it. But don’t feel ashamed, you’re not alone. In my closer circle of friends everybody uses some kind of IM client at work: Skype, MSN, AIM, ICQ, Gtalk, Jabber… to name only a few. I don’t think anybody would argue against the fact that IM can steal precious work time but also may improve your productivity and social network.
